Our holiday home is located on the Pink Granite Coast, in the charming, family-friendly seaside resort of Trévou-Tréguignec, close to the beautiful Trestel beach. Ideally situated between Perros-Guirec and Paimpol, it lies along the GR34, the famous coastal hiking trail. The sea and water sports center are just a 5-minute drive away. Restaurants facing the beach are also 5 minutes away. There is an equestrian center 1 km away for riding, a small local shop in the village center, and a rehabilitation center in Trestel just 5 minutes away. The 86 m² house accommodates up to 4 guests and is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Enjoy a large enclosed garden, perfect for children and pets, as well as a spacious terrace equipped for relaxing outdoors at any time of day. Located in a very quiet area of Trévou-Tréguignec, the house offers a distant sea view, with beautiful colors on the horizon at sunset. Inside, you’ll find an entrance living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable lounge features a large TV and soundbar. The sofa can convert into a bed if needed. The main bedroom (about 14 m²) has a 160 cm bed, a sea view, and direct access to the terrace through a sliding door to enjoy the outdoors. The second bedroom (about 11 m²) has two 90 cm single beds, which can be arranged for children, a baby, or a couple. The spacious bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, perfect after a day out or at the beach. Bed linens, towels, and cleaning service are available on site for an additional fee.
